Delivery

Almost all of our products are made to order. Notebook orders typically take 2–3 business days to produce, while leather items take around 5-7 business days. (except bank holidays and weekends)

For bulk orders, depending on volume, production may take up to 7-10 business days.

We’re a small team, and we always do our best to complete every order on time with care and attention. Thank you so much for your understanding :)

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

Delivery within the UK is free.

  • We dispatch orders via Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service. Normally arrives in 2 business days. (Monday to Friday)

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm - from £9.25. The processing time will still be around 3 days. We try to prioritise these orders, subject to our availability.

🇺🇸 USA Delivery

We offer tracked delivery through USPS for the United States, with flat rate cost £7 (~$9.5) per order.

Once the product arrives in the US, tracking information will be available on the USPS website. Delivery times may vary depending on the weight of the package;

  • USPS Smartmail Expedited: For very light items or documents, weighing up to 0.45kg (1lb) only. 5-7 days after dispatch.

  • USPS Smartmail Plus Ground for parcels weighing up to 5kg (11lb). 7-10 days after dispatch.

🇪🇺 EU Delivery

Delivery to European Union countries costs £8 (~€9.20). No extra fees upon delivery!

  • We are now registered with the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. That means we pay the value-added tax (VAT) upfront, included in the price. Orders below £135 (equals €150) are not subject to any import duties. There will be no delays or extra fees upon delivery.

  • Once your order is ready, we dispatch your order via Royal Mail. Royal Mail then collaborates with the postal service in the destination country to complete the delivery. The transit time and handling take around 7-10 days in total, depending on the destination country's local postal system.

❌🇪🇺 Non-EU Delivery

Delivery to Non-European Union countries in Europe costs £8.5 (~€9.80). VAT and import duties will be covered by the customer.

  • Although it says 7-10 days, it usually takes slightly longer to arrive due to the manual customs clearance. The local postal service reaches out to you before the delivery and you may need to pay import VAT and customs duties before the delivery is completed.

🇦🇺 Australia Delivery

We offer reliable and efficient delivery with tracked services across Australia at the cost of £9.9!

  • Depending on the area, the average delivery time is 6-10 days after dispatch.

  • We haven’t faced any unexpected fees or VAT so far :)

🇸🇬 Singapore Delivery

Delivery to Singapore costs £7.5!

  • Total value of the order should be less than 400 Singapore Dollar (£230)

  • We are not very experienced on this route but will try our best :)

📌 If you’re returning a product from outside the UK, the shipping costs will need to be covered by the buyer. Unfortunately, since we’re based in the UK, we don’t have access to postal services or shipping companies in other countries.

*If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you upon receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you are not satisfied with the alternative delivery date, then you can cancel the order immediately, and we will give you a full refund.
